Sarah Spriggs is an incredible medical professional. She is cautious yet caring and very well informed I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a medical health.
Really easy to talk with and made good recommendations to me. I left very satisfied and well-cared for - happy to have found this clinician. One thing, and I think it's common nowadays, but I did not have a physical exam. That said, this has been true of every general practitioner (Fam Med, IM) I've gone to see in the last 10 years. It was mostly just talking. I guess that's ok since I'm in health care myself and should be able to know my own body, but just wonder if 'the physical exam' has been lost to the increased need for efficiency in modern medicine or because of referrals to subspecialists - or maybe most people are uncomfortable having their bodies exposed and viewed. Just pondering this evolution...
