Since I understand that tools such as surveys are one of the main ways you collect metrics and comments about physician care, I am taking the time to fill this out. Michael Cusick is an outstanding physician - one of the best I have experienced in my 56 years. He is an excellent explainer of what's going on, what has happened already, and what will be coming in the future. He avoids jargon, and MOST IMPORTANTLY never makes us feel rushed in any of our surgical or office visits for my retina reattachment surgery and follow-up. This tends not to be the norm for doctors who have a steady queue of patients waiting, paperwork to complete, and other important work - but his demeanor, frank and honest opinion, and consistently positive attitude make a real difference to someone who nearly lost his vision in one eye. Give this man a raise!
