Kyle did a great job explaining options and letting me assist with deciding what was best for me based on the information he provided. He was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and careful in his examination of a painful joint.
I was hoping to get a recommendation for a PT that focuses on knees. Kyle did not have a recommendation or offer to ask other providers. I would think that at a joint replacement clinic there would be a list of PT's that focus on knees.
Kyle was fantastic. He was an engaged listener, and he also performed the cortisone injection perfectly.
