Dr Prum is obviously an expert in his field. He is definitely concerned about helping his patients. He seems to feel rather frustrated by some of the computer procedures (as many of us do), but he perseveres until he locates the information he is seeking. When you have paper vs screen, which is really important for some things, it is easier to pick up two pages of whatever you are comparing and really study them. I feel that same frustration often. Brilliant people sometimes need accommodations. If he is able to prevent someone losing their vision, sheets of paper seem like a small price to pay.
Although my wait was long to see the doctor it was well worth it and he provided a course of action going forward with my health issues.
Dr Prum is very smart, thorough, and listens to you.
The Provider and staff were all attentive to my needs.
