Dr. Hickman is a great listener. I appreciate that she hears what you are saying and responds thoughtfully.
The doctor & student were exceptionally concerned & informative.
She is very patient-oriented and gives the patient a chance to ask questions. Her explanations are very helpful and needed. It is nice to know what a procedure involves and she lets a patient know what to expect! Her compassion and love for her work is so obvious! Thank you UVA for such great doctors!
