Terran Sims is very good.
When I arrived home. I received a call the next morning about my supplies for wound care. The supplies are scheduled to arrive today. Great service by all involved. Thanks
She's excellent
Terran Sims is a great asset to the Cancer Center and does a great job of taking care of the patient. During our appointment, she had the results and CT scans on her computer. As I asked various questions, she referred to the scans and would show me the actual part of the scans that were being questioned. She also sent notes to the radiologist to follow up any questions that were not immediately answered during the appointment. She also entered a referral to urology for a specific issue and scheduled the one year follow up appointment before I left the practice.
Terran Sims listened to my concerns and issues and proposed a plan to help my situation.
NP Terran Sims is efficient, personable and relatable, and most professional in her practice. She is decisive and a great facilitator to get things done right quickly! You are blessed to have her skills as a part of UVA!
