There might have been some details of the procedure I was not aware of beforehand. But it had no bearing on my decision to proceed.
Absolutely everything was perfect about my visit. I am very pleased with the care I have received at UVA for my pre-op and surgery. I live 3 hours away, but feel that it is absolutely worth it to travel for this care.
All the team of doctors and nurses were exceptional. The staff was courteous and informative.
