The virtual visit was on time and very efficient.
Dr Verga was very helpful in explaining what she hoped for me. She was careful in all suggestions and listened to me about my fears and apprehension. She put not only myself and my husband a little more relaxed regarding my pain control.
Dr. Verga has a caring, compassionate, and empathetic manner that creates a safe place for discussion. Reflective listening creates a feeling of reassurance. Dr. Verga never minimizes or dismisses what I am saying. I never feel rushed.
Dr. Vega was excellent. Thorough, explained everything well, discussed options, and answered all our questions well.
