Both Dr. Ward and the assisting nurse were extremely attentive and sensitive to my situation and treatment options. I was very appreciative of their comments & concern.
I just feel that the doctor was running late and rushed my visit just to get it done. Felt like my concerns were not recognized.
Dr Ward is wonderful at explaining things, being open to treatment requests and questions, and has frankly been the best provider I have seen for this issue. After years of being in chronic pain from IC, she had great treatment suggestions that have provided long-term pain relief.
This is the best care I have ever received..
No proposed treatment was discussed.
I was very nervous going to my appointment. Dr. Ward was compassionate understanding and seemed genuinely interested and supportive. I would recommend her
