Mercedes Armstrong was terrific. She remembered me, which means she cares. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful regarding my condition of dealing with high cholesterol. She is very smart & familiar with various treatments. She took the time to explore best options for me, which I appreciated. She also recommended me to see the Lipid specialist to get his suggestions as well before moving forward with a treatment. And I was able to schedule that appt before I left.
