Bio & Overview

Michelle Adu-Darko, MD, is a pediatric critical care physician. She cares for infants, children, and teens in the critical care unit.

“My passion for pediatrics, anesthesia, and critical care took root early in my medical training,” she says. “Watching children recover from critical illnesses inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting children and families through their most vulnerable times.”

Dr. Adu-Darko received her medical degree from the University of Ghana. She completed a general pediatrics internship at Monmouth Medical Center and a pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at the University of Virginia. She is actively involved in research and the author of a number of peer-reviewed journal articles.
