Bio & Overview
Elizabeth Yates, MD, is a vascular and endovascular surgeon. She treats peripheral artery disease, aortic aneurysm disease, and other vascular conditions.
Dr. Yates grew up in the suburbs of Boston and received her medical degree from the University of Michigan. She completed her general surgery residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and earned a master’s degree in public health from the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. She completed her vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin.
“Especially in vascular surgery, everyone is unique. I strive to offer patients clear, thoughtful, and empathetic guidance on their diagnoses and work together to formulate a plan,” she says. “Through surgery and the recovery process, I prioritize keeping communication open with both the patient and their family.”
