Elizabeth Hooper was terrific both in explaining my condition and possible treatment. She put me right at ease.
Elizabeth Hooper is always very caring and does not rush the visit. She is the best!
This was a pro-op visit involving a NP, a physical therapist, a medical staff member, and the lab for blood test. All concerned were helpful, professional,and very comforting in covering numerous do's and don'ts for surgery and recovery.
I appreciated that she took her time and was very thorough.
