Dr. Dunaway is an exceptional provider-caring, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. She took the time to listen to me and was able to accomplish things with my care that other doctors could not. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly and compassionately. I am extremely grateful to have her as my provider and feel confident knowing I am in such capable hands.

Dr. Dunaway is an exceptional care provider who integrates evidence-based science and holistic medicine with authentic empathy. We all need more of this. Dr. Dunaway takes the time to truly dive into data while observing the patient and their history. The result, for me, is a path to resolving decades-long immunological issues. That result is attributed to Dr. Dunaway's patience, curiosity, intellect, research and showing up with purpose. UVA Health should do everything they can to retain Dr. Dunaway.
