Alex Judd, MD, is a transplant surgeon whose specialties include:

His research interests include looking at methods to encourage living liver and kidney donation and other ways to expand the donor pool to overcome the shortage of transplant organs.

Dr. Judd received his medical degree from the University of Utah. During college, he worked as a medical interpreter. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Arizona and an abdominal transplant surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia.
