I've never seen my son react to a physician like he did with Dr. Timbo. His pleasant demeanor and his ability to interact with my son was unbelievable. I am so appreciative of him. He sat down with me and discussed options!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Timbo was wonderful! He was thoughtful and through in explaining and helping me feel at ease about what started as a scary situation (my 3 week old breathing with retraction). He also called after hours (because his day had been filled) to check in and see how things had been going through the rest of the day. Although I couldn't answer, he was kind/ thoughtful/ and alerted me to the 24/7 call in line if needed. Exceptional care!

Dr. Timbo came in and immediately remembered who we were-which always amazes me given how many patients he sees. He never once rushed, even while other children were crying in nearby rooms. He was patient, calm, and took the time to ease my anxiety while also handling my son's screaming with such professionalism and kindness. I am so impressed by him and so grateful that UVA brings on doctors of his caliber.

Dr. Timbo thoroughly listened to my concerns and made me feel very validated and heard. He completed a very thorough exam, asked for my opinion as the mother, and made sure I was comfortable with a plan before leaving.

We were very happy with our switch of practices. The doctor listened thoroughly and explained why we were doing what we were doing for treatment without judgment.
