Sandra's listening skills are high level. Her communication skills are also great. Empathy is hard to beat when your smart enough to know what the problem is and then het the patient to buy it and finally execute a plan to remediate the situation.
Dr. Custodio was great, very knowledgeable and up-front with my issues and what could and couldn't be done. She well tailored our discussion to my medical literacy.

NP was very comprehensive, explained hearing test results and findings and recommended measures to help my symptoms and tests to further investigate what was going on. She was supportive, compassionate, and had a sense of humor, which was appreciated.
My visit with Sandra was PERFECTION!!! She's extremely knowledgeable, awesome listener, kind, caring, exceptionally patient in answering all my concerns. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND every and anyone needing an ear exam to her without hesitation!
