I was very pleased with Sonia Parker. She was helpful and informative. I liked her compassion about my circumstances. I also appreciated how open she was during our discussion. It felt like she really understood.
Again totally missed my concerns and was just interested in moving to the next patient. I felt so frustrated and defeated by my appointment. Not helpful at all
