Bio & Overview
Pamela Oakley-Whiting, RN, MSN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who takes a holistic approach in caring for patients of all ages. She has a special interest in healthy aging, preventive medicine, genetic disorders, and hormone therapy.
Pam was born in Mobile, Alabama, but traveled the world as a child of a military member. Pam completed her nursing degrees at Rivier University in New Hampshire and Marymount University in Arlington. She has been at UVA Health since 2014.
Active in the equestrian community, Pam loves to travel with her horses. Pam has three children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys working on her farm with her animals and taking care of people.
