Bio & Overview
As a nephrologist, Nyein Chann Wai Lynn, MD, specializes in diagnosing and treating kidney disorders. He is fluent in English and Burmese.
A native of Nyaunglebin, Myanmar, Dr. Lynn graduated from the University of Medicine 2, Yangon, in 2012. After working for two years as a primary care physician in Yangon, Dr. Lynn moved to Jamaica, where he worked as a medical officer for the Northeast Regional Health Authority until October 2017.
Dr. Lynn completed his internal medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. He then completed his nephrology fellowship at Barnes Jewish Hospital of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Outside of work, Dr. Lynn enjoys playing soccer and watching soccer matches. He enjoys watching movies and TV shows and going on sightseeing trips with family and friends.
