Provider failed to make any eye contact. Didn't address all my concerns, refused to address some concerns or discuss any follow up to address them. She asked very rigid questions, didn't listen to me while I spoke, typed through the whole conversation and twice I had to repeat myself after she asked questions I already answered. The visit interaction would be expected in an urgent care setting but she took no time to attempt to know me as a person or offer any follow up advice aside from do labs and see this surgeon (which isn't even why I was there, still unsure how she came to refer me to a surgeon). I am seeking recommendations for alternative providers to follow up with.
Excellent. Answered all my questions and concerns
Good experience
