Michelle Brooks is AMAZING. She speaks to my six year old like a person/patient yet still provides me with amazing customer service. She educated me on swimmer's ear, provided a referral we needed (although not our primary), and also helped reframe an ADHD diagnosis as a "super power" (gentle and needed parent education). She is always helpful, explains things in a relatable way, and GREAT with children.
I will always recommend Augusta Peds.
