She was extremely professional and very courteous and made sure I understood everything and had no questions before the video call ended!!
Before the encounter it was not clear to me what specifics were to be discussed or asked about. It turned out to be primarily a discussion of what meds to take or not to take.
It took four (4) tries to insert IV my arm. Took 3 nurses etc. They were very compassionate but was really too many sticks.
