There isn't enough space in this text box to fully explain my deep appreciation for Kaitlyn Altizer's skilled care, humanity, knowledge, willingness to listen and ask in depth, important questions to help me find answers to my complicated medical concerns. She reviewed data, reports and information from my hand-carried medical records from past encounters in other medical systems and from other providers so that she would have a complete picture of my past and current health. She moved forward immediately with an in-office, EKG, subsequently installation of a Zio monitor, orders for comprehensive bloodwork, Introduction to social services for mental health follow-up where I scored an appointment within four business days and arranging her schedule so I could see her In the first place and again In two months. Ms. Altizer might have saved my life today. I trust her implicitly and I will always be grateful.

She had a lot of questions for me and so did I. We discussed my past cancer treatment and the fact that I am now cancer free what to look for and how to stay on top of things. She went over my wellness checklist and ordered new lab tests. She is always pleasant and encouraging.

In my visit not it was noted that I injured my shoulder in a fall which is incorrect it was more of a tension type/over stretching type of injury. I did not fall
