Jillian Little, MS, AGACNP-BC, is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with experience in surgical recovery, critical care, and gastroenterology.

Her approach emphasizes clear communication, patient education, and practical concerns to support symptom management and long-term health.

“Through my clinical experience, I’ve seen how colorectal conditions can impact both physical health and quality of life,” she says. “I strive to provide individualized, compassionate care in an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns.”

She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Lynchburg and a degree in psychology and a master of science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
