I ended up in Culpeper ER Sat night - found multiple stones, then transferred to UVA Charlottesville for urologist consult, spiked fever, then to surgery, septic shock.

I don't believe my provider knew my medical history as this was not reviewed with me. Her main concern was that I was taking VITAMIN B12 supplements and I should not. This discussion was carried over to my 2nd visit.

Great
She was nice and very professional but didn't seem well versed in where to direct me for further treatment. We had to look up where UVA had opthamologists to help with my situation. Given that it was an allergic reaction type response wasting time going to the wrong place could have been really bad.
