Dr. Louis-Jacques may well have spent time discussing the above with my daughter, the patient. I was surprised, during the inter-disciplinary meeting at the end of my daughter's 3 hour appointment, that there was no formal acknowledgment of diagnosis, prognosis, or written care plan. Dr. Louis-Jacques did not provide a summary of the visit/the team's findings or discuss typical treatment plans & why/if recommendations for my daughter would follow or differ from such treatment plans. The physician had to leave the meeting after a few minutes. She didn't say she would see my daughter again. I don't believe she mentioned she would be following up with my daughter's PCP. I surmised Dr. Louis-Jacques was a one-time physician consultant? I certainly didn't get a sense that she is a physician who has just met a new patient & she looks forward to helping & getting to know & treating my daughter.

We were specifically asked to come to this office for labs, this provider refused to do labs and said she was referring us out, she spent less than 2 minutes in the room and walked out when asked about the labs and never returned.

Dr. Louis-Jacques is organized and very nice. The team works together so I didn't have to come on different days and I didn't have to explain myself over and over.
