I prefer NP Zantzinger to most of the MD's I encounter. She is very professional, obviously very smart and experienced, but also an excellent listener and authentically concerned about her patients.
NP Zantzinger is always very good about listening to my questions and concerns and providing lots of answers and explanations. She always makes me feel included in the decision making as it relates to my healthcare. She is caring and compassionate and I would highly recommend her to others.
Erika is a wonderful NP, she is thorough and full of ideas and knowledge. I never feel rushed which is rare these days!
