Liz Good has excellent bedside manner and listening skills. She was genuinely interested in my questions and concerns, and she listened attentively to my explanations. Ms. Good made me feel respected and like I was an active partner in my care.
My PA was extremely knowledgeable of my scan and diagnosis. She communicated that clearly to me. She allowed me to ask questions, and listened carefully and compassionately to my personal concerns with both my and my immediate family's medical history.
NP Good is very good at relaying her vast knowledge of my condition in easily understood terms.
