Everyone was great
Dr. Shin is a wonderful listener who shows great care and concern as well as a desire to help.
She explained the whole process to me in detail. She even explained if fluid was hit, I would have a headache. She said she didn't anticipate that happening and would tell if it did. I thought her telling me that before was really great.
