Excellent care... Good engagement and focus on solving issues.
Choi does a great job explaining my care and how my new CPAP machine will work.
Last time I was there Choi said that if I couldn't get help with weight she might be able to help me getting meds for it, but this time she just gave me a name of someone to call for it. I also kept emphasizing that I haven't been able use my CPAP machine because there was a tear in my mask and I hadn't received my supplies yet and was using my Air mini travel machine. But she kept preaching to me about using my ResMed primary machine - I don't think she was listening to me.
The PA was excellent however I believe that the referral process from the Neurology department in Charlottesville was inaccurate an unclear to her as to what exactly the test was supposed to access. REM sleep for diagnosis of parkinsons disease in affilation with AD
I felt taken care of. They addressed me by name which personalized my care.
