Nurse Exline is an amazing nurse!
Charlene is very attentive to concerns I express. Any issues/concerns that are outside of their scope are referred appropriately after discussing it with me so that all concerns receive appropriate follow up. She always involves me in decisions. She is detail oriented. She is kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very safe in her care.
