Good appointment start to finish.
Amanda Street Is great-she is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. She puts you at ease and is gentle and efficient.
The recommendation is very good and without thinking I would recommend it
Very good
During my visit, Amanda Street was attentive, and I got the sense that she was engaged with my concerns. All my questions during the visit were answered clearly. At the end of my visit, bloodwork was recommended and performed on site that day. There were abnormal findings on the results, and she sent me a message about these results via the patient portal within three business days. This message restated the lab findings without interpreting the results. She highlighted the one lab that was out of range, and then I was referred to a fertility specialist. The way this was handled felt extremely impersonal. Instead of getting to talk to someone one-on-one or hear an interpretation of the test results so I can understand what they might mean, I was referred to an entirely different provider with no further explanation (based on my age and the length of time I have been trying to conceive, this would not be covered by insurance). There was no opportunity for me to ask questions and I still do not understand the possible ramifications of these test results. Even if a fertility specialist ends up being my only option, hearing such surprising news in this way, with no context, explanation, interpretation, or opportunity to have a conversation about options or possible paths forward has been a difficult experience. I asked Amanda Street several questions in the patient portal, but after 3 business days, she has not responded. I scheduled a follow up appointment with a different provider at a different location.
Very professional
