Transplant Care at Virginia Hospital Center

UVA Health’s Transplant Care satellite clinic in Arlington allows patients in Northern Virginia to complete their pre-transplant evaluation close to home. This limits the amount of travel for our referred transplant patients living farther away. You will only be required to travel to Charlottesville once you're ready to be active on the transplant list or are scheduled for a living donor surgery.

UVA physicians visit our clinic a few times a month. Patients can also be seen here for post-transplant follow-up care.

Please reschedule appointments you're unable to make. If you miss your appointment, you may be asked to travel to Charlottesville for care.
