The University of Virginia seeks adults age 18 years and older for a clinical trial. You may be eligible for this trial if you have recurrent endometrial cancer and have undergone at least 1 and no more than 3 prior lines of treatment. This study aims to evaluate a medication called mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-rez) compared to standard of care chemotherapy. If you participate in this study, you may be randomized (assigned by chance) to one of two arms: Arm 1: you will receive Mo-rez intravenously Arm 2: you will receive your physician’s choice of paclitaxel or doxorubicin intravenously This study will include: blood draws, tumor imaging assessments, echocardiogram (ECHO), questionnaires, tumor tissue collection, and physical examinations.
