A Phase II Study of Glofitamab for Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma in Patients Previously Treated with CD19- Directed CAR T-Cell Therapy

The University of Virginia is conducting a clinical research study for adults ages 18 and over for patients with mantle cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) whose disease returned after CART-T cell therapy. The purpose of this study is to test if we see a decrease in your blood cancer by using the immunotherapy drugs glofitamab and obinutuzumab after you previously received CAR T-cell therapy, a form of immunotherapy where the immune system cell, T-cell, is changed to attack cancerous cells. If you decide to take part in this study, you will get the study drug treatment for up to 36 weeks. After you finish your study treatment, your doctor will continue to follow your condition for up to two years and watch you for side effects. Follow-up will occur every 3 months until 2 years after the off-treatment visit. Follow-up can occur by phone calls or during clinic visits. Study-related procedures that are being done beyond your standard of care will be provided at no cost to you or your insurance.
