A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase 1b/2 Trial of ABL103, a Bispecific Antibody of B7-H4 and 4-1BB, in Combination with Pembrolizumab with/without Taxane (Paclitaxel or nabpaclitaxel) in Subjects with Selected, Progressive, Locally Advanced (Unresectable) or Metastatic Solid Tumors
The University of Virginia seeks adults age 18 years and older for a clinical trial. You may be eligible for this trial if you have a confirmed locally advanced unresectable, or metastatic solid tumor. You may be eligible for the later portion of this trial if you have Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), or ER positive/HER2 negative Breast Cancer. This study aims to learn more about how well people tolerate a medication called ABL103 when given together with Pembrolizumab (and possibly Taxane), how the medications move through the body, the safety and potential side effects of treatment, and how well it works against solid tumors. This study will include: blood draws, tumor imaging assessments, tumor tissue collection, and physical examinations. Study-related procedures that are being done beyond your standard of care will be provided at no cost to you or your insurance.
