A Single-Arm, Phase 1b Study to Evaluate the Effects of ADO-5030 on a Bronchoconstriction Challenge
The Division of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology is seeking non-smoking adults with asthma ages 18-65 for a research study. The purpose of the study is to determine if a new investigational drug is safe and effective in asthmatics. The study involves 3-4 visits, each lasting between 1-4 hours. Visits involve questionnaires, blood draws, lung function (breathing) tests, taking an experimental medicine, and pregnancy tests for females. All study-related tests are provided at no cost.
